1.All Products Comply With EN124:1944 Standards

All manhole chambers comply with EN124:1944 standards(ANSI SCTE 77-2017). The load-bearing standards of manhole covers are divided into six levels: A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 and F900, which respectively represent the ability to withstand loads of 1.5 tons, 12.5 tons, 25 tons, 40 tons, 60 tons and 90 tons. When selecting a manhole cover, it is necessary to determine the appropriate load-bearing level based on the actual use environment and load-bearing requirements. Generally, the load-bearing level of manhole covers used on urban roads should be no less than C250, while the load-bearing level of manhole covers used in underground parking lots, airport runways, etc. should reach D400 or above.

2.SMC/BMC Material With Stable Quality

Using SMC/BMC material, the quality of underground box is stable and it can maintain good performance at low temperatures. It has strong resistance to harsh environments and is resistant to ultraviolet rays. The product itself has good anti-aging properties, and the surface of the product has a protective layer with strong ultraviolet resistance. The dual-protection product has higher anti-aging properties. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, long-term use in underground environments will not cause changes in the internal structure and performance of the material. The service life is up to 30 years.

The handhole box is split into parts and takes up less space during transportation and storage, which is beneficial to long-distance transportation and reduces logistics costs.
